1. Class Bookings and Payments
All classes must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by contacting the studio. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed on our website. Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged in full.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session or a fee.
3. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or other physical limitations before participating in a class. Align Pilates is not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions. Please consult a physician before starting any fitness program.
4. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to class and may forfeit the session.
Use of mobile phones is not permitted during classes. Respect instructors, staff, and other clients to ensure a welcoming environment for all. Grip socks are a must!

Placing an order
When booking an appointment with Align Pilates, you will receive both a text and email confirmation of your scheduled session. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid missed notifications.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within the 12-hour window or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged.
